The Gossen Meter Warranty fully covers any manufacturing or material defects 24 months from date of purchase. Information on repairs (both warranty and non-warranty) can be found on our Service & Repair page.
This warranty is not valid for equipment that has been tampered or opened by an unauthorized Gossen Repair Facility. It also will not cover any damage sustained by operator error such as damage caused by dropping, water and other causes of damage not covered by manufacturing defects or material defects. Gossen or Manfrotto Distribution cannot be held responsible for damage caused by unsatisfactory operation of equipment – such as wasted materials or other expenses.
Manfrotto Distribution warrants, to the original purchaser only, that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage for a period of (see above) from the date of purchase. Flashtubes, batteries and cords excluded. Manfrotto Distribution’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at the option of Manfrotto Distribution, products or parts determined by Manfrotto Distribution or one of its authorized agents to be defective in materials, or workmanship.
